In addition to e-Leadership.net, Justin has been a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Leadership Studies Department where he was active in both the collegiate and youth leadership programs in the Center for Civic Leadership at Fort Hays State University. During this time he coordinated the LEADOFF and Leaderville events for the 2002-2003 school year, and has facilitated workshops on Leadership and Communication for both middle school and high school students.
