The e-Quality Service Matters.net site is separated into five different service areas. Each one is designed to meet a different need that you as an online students may have. These areas are:
- Department Information - is a link to the Department of Nursing's home page. Check out the "Quick Links" column, on the left of the page, for information about the offered degree programs, faculy/staff information, and other various links.
- Student Services - includes links to University pages that many students, from time to time, need to utilize. This page serves as a centralized site for quick access to these pages. (ex. University bookstore, library, virtual college)
- Classroom Support - refers to the e-Quality Service Matters.net support staff assistance. Here you will find many of the programs and downloads you will need to help you in your online classes. In addition, the staff can help you with course content and management issues. (ex. Support questions, technoloy downloads, staff profiles)
- Student Zone - is a place for students to relax and unwind. Think of this as a virtual student union where you can interact with other online students or just play games.
- FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) - as much as we would like to, we can't offer instant support all the time. What we can do, however, is try to provide answers to many of the popular questions that students have when participating in online classes.
