Greg Weisenborn was raised in Overland Park, Kansas, and received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Kansas State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering in 2002 from the University of South Florida. Dr. Weisenborn has worked as a business operations consultant and as an industrial engineer for companies such as State Industries, Johnston & Murphy, Genesco, California Eastern Laboratories, Revman Industries, and Sypris Electronics. Among other things, his research interests include allocation of scarce resources, productivity in healthcare delivery, and student learning styles.
Dr. Mary Martin

Dr. Martin is an Associate Professor of Marketing at FHSU. She teaches Marketing Principles, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, Seminar in E-Business, Strategic Electronic Marketing, and Database Marketing. Prior to joining the faculty at FHSU, Dr. Martin was co-founder of a strategic consulting firm in Charlotte, NC that offered clients marketing plans, marketing research, organizational strategy, business plans, and e-business seminars. Prior to that, she was Director of Marketing for a company that produced interior decorative coatings for aircraft. While there, she developed web-driven and traditional marketing strategies, including website promotion, design, construction, and maintenance. Dr. Martin was previously a member of the graduate faculty of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte) and Winthrop University. Her research interests include e-business, the effects of advertising on children, and innovative teaching strategies. Dr. Martin has published her research in such journals as the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, The Journal of Advertising, Psychology and Marketing, Journal of E-Business, Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management, Journal of Business and Leadership: Research, Practice, and Teaching, The Journal of Educators Online, Southwestern Business Administration Journal, and Research in Consumer Behavior.

Since receiving an MBA from FHSU in 1990, Mr. Martin has led field service personnel, sold business-to-business, and trained employees and customers in the retail and manufacturing industries. He was an assistant retail manager and was selected as a regional trainer in Customer Service for the Nash Finch Company. As a Customer Support Specialist for Checkpoint Systems, Mr. Martin coordinated technical service, training, and product orders for 130 stores in a four-state area. During this time, he was voted by his peers to develop compliance standards for current and future Checkpoint customers.

Dr. Stark was born on a farm in Loomis, NE. He attended the University of Nebraska, then entered the military (Captain-Reserve), and finally returned to St. Paul, MN, to take a position as an analyst at the Bank for Cooperatives. After stints in Chicago and Kansas City, he went to the University of Missouri to complete his doctorate degree. He remained there until taking the position of Department Chairman at William Jewel College in 1984. He joined the faculty at Fort Hays during the Fall of 1990. He is married (50 years) and has four children and six grandchildren.

Dr. Zainuba assists in the design, preparation, and delivery of cross-cultural and business training programs. He has been active in these fields throughout his experiences in the academic and private business sectors. His academic and business focus is divided between South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Because of his expertise, he was involved in a four-year capacity building project in South Africa sponsored by the United States International Development (USID). Dr. Zainuba has published in the areas of globalization, cross-cultural communication, staff development, and leadership.
